1. Delivery Terms
Products purchased on usmobi.ge are shipped free of charge, anywhere in Georgia.

Delivery time is counted from the business day following order confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
2. How Delivery Works
- After you place an order, our operator will call you to confirm it.
- Once confirmed, the parcel is handed over to Georgian Post.
- Delivery is made to the address you provided, or to your nearest post office — whichever you choose.
- The courier or post office will contact you before handing over the parcel.
When placing an order, please provide an exact address and a working phone number. Incorrect or incomplete details will delay delivery.
3. Checking the Parcel on Delivery
When receiving the parcel, please check that the packaging is intact.
If the packaging is damaged, we recommend opening the parcel in the presence of the courier. In case of damage sustained during transport, contact us immediately — as soon as possible after delivery.

5. Products Purchased by Instalment
The same delivery terms apply to products purchased by instalment (TBC Bank, Bank of Georgia, Credo Bank) — free delivery within 2-3 business days.
The parcel is dispatched after the bank has approved the credit application.
