Grade A / B / C Explained — What the Conditions Mean

1 min read Updated: 2026-09-03

We grade all our pre-owned devices based on cosmetic condition and divide them into three categories. This helps you find the perfect match for your budget and preferences.

  • Grade A — Like-new condition with minimal to no visible signs of wear.
  • Grade B — Light signs of use (minor micro-scratches), 100% fully functional.
  • Grade C — Noticeable cosmetic wear, fully working. The best value for your money.

Devices in all grades are thoroughly tested, fully functional, and backed by a warranty. Grade C items are available in-store — contact us for more details on specific device conditions.
