Buying a phone in installments
You can buy a phone in installments online at US MOBI (usmobi.ge), a phone shop in Tbilisi, through TBC Bank, Bank of Georgia or Credo Bank. The shop sells used iPhones and Samsung phones brought from the USA. On the product page you pick grade A or B and a bank, enter your name and phone number, and finish the application on the bank's own page. The bank sets the term, the monthly payment and any 0% offer, and our operator contacts you to arrange the installment.
Step by step
Pick a phone on the iPhone page, the Samsung page or in the full catalogue. Then:
- On the product page, under "Choose a condition category", pick grade A or B. Online installments apply to these two grades.
- Under "Choose a bank instalment", pick TBC Bank, Bank of Georgia or Credo Bank.
- In the "Placing an order" form, enter your "Full name" and "Phone number". You do not need your personal ID number on this form.
- Press "Send an instalment request". If you chose Bank of Georgia, the bank's own calculator opens first and you choose the term there.
- You go to the bank's page and finish the application there. The bank asks for the details it needs and makes the decision.
- Our operator will contact you to arrange the installment.
- Once the bank approves, we send the phone free of charge, or you collect it at the shop.
Which bank and on what terms
Banks available for online installments: TBC Bank, Bank of Georgia and Credo Bank.
The installment is provided by the bank, not by the shop. The bank offers the term and the monthly payment.
A 0% installment is the bank's own policy: the bank decides whether you get it and on what terms. The bank also sets the conditions and requirements, such as age, income and documents.
What happens after you apply
After you apply, our operator calls you to confirm the order.
Phones bought in installments get the same free delivery. We send the parcel once the bank has approved the application, and Georgian Post brings it anywhere in Georgia in 2-3 working days, to your address or to the nearest post office, as you choose. The time counts from the working day after the order is confirmed; weekends and public holidays are not counted.

Grade C and buying in the shop
The grade describes the phone's cosmetic condition: grade A is like new (9.5/10), grade B has slight signs of use (8/10), and grade C has noticeable signs of use (6/10). The price depends on the grade. More: How we check our phones.
Grade C is sold in the shop only, and online installments are not available for it right now. To buy one, call +995 558 24 27 07 or visit the shop, and we will confirm stock, condition and installment options. If an A or B grade is in stock but its online installment is switched off, the product page asks you to call us or come to the shop instead of showing the banks.
In the shop you can pay in cash, by bank transfer or in installments. There you can buy a grade C phone in installments too.
The shop is at 12 Akaki Tsereteli Avenue, Tbilisi, 30 meters from Tsereteli metro station and the police building, on the Dinamo stadium side. We are open Monday to Friday 11:00-18:00, Saturday 12:00-17:30, and closed on Sunday. Details: contact page.
If the application does not go through
The bank makes the decision on your application. If the application does not go through, try again or call us on +995 558 24 27 07 and we will help.
Returns and warranty
A phone bought online can be returned within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you receive it, and you need to call us on +995 558 24 27 07 before it ends. The 14-day return does not apply to a phone bought in the shop after seeing it in person; the warranty applies instead.
The same return rules apply to a phone bought in installments. We arrange the cancellation of the loan with the bank, so you do not need to contact the bank yourself. If you have already paid any installments, the bank's rules decide how they are refunded.
Used phones come with a 3-month store warranty, new devices with a 12-month one. All terms: returns and warranty.
Frequently asked questions
What do I need for an online installment?
On the usmobi.ge form you only need your full name and phone number; no personal ID number is asked there. The bank asks for everything else on its own page and sets its own requirements, such as age, income and documents.
Is the installment interest free (0%)?
A 0% installment is the bank's own policy: the bank decides whether you get it and on what terms, not US MOBI (usmobi.ge).
For how many months can I take the installment?

Can I buy a grade C phone in installments?

How soon will I get the phone?
Once the bank approves the application, US MOBI (usmobi.ge) sends the phone free of charge by Georgian Post, anywhere in Georgia, in 2-3 working days. You can also collect it at the shop, 12 Akaki Tsereteli Avenue, Tbilisi; please call before you come.
