Grades A, B and C

We sort used phones into three grades by cosmetic condition:

• Grade A: like new, 9.5/10
• Grade B: slight signs of use, 8/10
• Grade C: noticeable signs of use, 6/10

The price depends on the grade; each grade's price is on the product page. Scratches and wear that match the grade are not a defect and are not a warranty case. Online installments and free delivery apply to grades A and B. Grade C is sold in the shop only, but it can be bought in installments too.

Battery health differs from phone to phone, so we do not promise a fixed minimum. In the shop, every phone has its battery health percentage written on it, so you see it before you buy.

A phone is checked in three stages: first in the USA, then by our technicians, and finally together with you, when you buy in the shop.

Warranty and returns

Used phones come with a 3-month store warranty, new devices with a 12-month one. The warranty starts on the day you receive the phone and covers manufacturing defects and technical faults that arise under normal use. It does not cover, for example, liquid, drop or impact damage, a phone opened or repaired by an unauthorized service, or wear parts such as the battery, cables and chargers.

A phone bought online, by phone or through social media can be returned within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you receive it, and you need to call us on +995 558 24 27 07 before it ends. The 14-day return does not apply to a phone bought in the shop after seeing it in person; the warranty applies instead. Full terms are in our return and warranty policy.

Samsung in installments

A grade A or B Samsung can be bought online with an installment from TBC Bank, Bank of Georgia or Credo Bank. The installment is provided by the bank.

1. On the product page, choose grade A or B and a bank.
2. In the form, enter your full name and phone number and send the installment request. No personal ID number is asked for in this form.
3. You finish the application on the bank's page, and the bank makes the decision. Our operator will contact you to arrange the installment.

The term and the monthly payment are offered by the bank. A 0% installment is the bank's own policy: the bank decides whether you get it and on what terms. We send the parcel once the bank has approved the application. Grade C can be bought in installments too, but not online. To buy one, call us or visit the shop.
