Our used iPhones are brought from the USA and have never been opened up or repaired. Each one has a grade for its cosmetic condition (A, B or C) and a 3-month store warranty.

Grades A, B and C
We sort used phones into three grades by cosmetic condition:
- Grade A: like new, 9.5/10
- Grade B: slight signs of use, 8/10
- Grade C: noticeable signs of use, 6/10
Scratches and wear that match the grade are not a defect and are not a warranty case.
Grade C is sold in the shop only: to buy one, call us or visit the shop. Grade C is available in installments too, but not online for now. Online installments and free delivery apply to grades A and B.

Warranty and returns
A used iPhone comes with a 3-month store warranty, a new device with a 12-month one. The warranty starts on the day you receive the phone and covers manufacturing defects and technical faults that arise under normal use. It does not cover, for example, liquid, drop or impact damage, or wear parts such as the battery, cables and chargers.
A phone bought online, by phone or through social media can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason, as long as you call us before the period ends. The 14-day return does not apply to a phone bought in the shop after seeing it in person; the warranty applies instead.
How to buy: in the shop or in installments
In the shop you can see the iPhone in person and buy it on the spot. You can pay in cash, by bank transfer or in installments.
Online, grades A and B are sold with a bank installment:
- On the product page, pick the grade and the bank: TBC Bank, Bank of Georgia or Credo Bank.
- In the form that opens, enter your full name and phone number, then press "Send an instalment request".
- You finish the application on the bank's page and the bank decides. Once the bank approves, our operator calls you to confirm the order.
The term and the monthly payment are offered by the bank.

Delivery and pickup
We deliver phones ordered on usmobi.ge free of charge anywhere in Georgia, by Georgian Post, in 2-3 working days. The parcel comes to your address or to the nearest post office, as you choose. A phone bought in installments is sent once the bank has approved the application.
You can also collect your order at the shop: please call before you come so we can have the phone ready.

Battery health differs from phone to phone, so at US MOBI (usmobi.ge) we do not promise a fixed minimum. In the shop, every phone has its battery health written on it as a percentage, so you see it before you buy. Battery capacity naturally declines with use and is not covered by the warranty.

No. Used iPhones at US MOBI (usmobi.ge) are not refurbished: they have never been opened up or repaired.
Can I return an iPhone I bought online if I don't like it?
Yes. A phone bought online from US MOBI (usmobi.ge) can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason, as long as you call +995 558 24 27 07 before the period ends. It must come back in its original packaging, with everything that came with it, without new damage and signed out of iCloud. You pay for sending it back by Georgian Post, unless the phone arrived damaged or faulty, is not what you ordered, or has a manufacturing defect. The 14-day return does not apply to a phone bought in the shop after seeing it in person; the warranty applies instead.
